Gulfstream Early Learning Center boasts a beautiful 7.5 acre campus covering two blocks in the City of Hallandale Beach. We have gardens and orchards with flowering herbs, fruit trees and flowers. To help us maintain these hands-on learning areas for our children, we would like to have a fund to purchase necessary items, such as soil, mulch, fertilizer, and other gardening tools.

GELC is starting our 8th year in August 2025 and we have a brand-new class! For the first time, we will have an ART class for our students. Art, unlike our other classes, does not come with a fully equipped classroom (rugs, furniture, supplies, easels, etc.) We've hired a teacher who has a beautiful vision of what Art at the PreK level could/should be. Please see our wish list to contribute what you can to get our new class off to a great start! This cause is also being championed by the Rotary Club of Aventura/Hallandale Beach to help us reach our goal!!

Each summer, GELC provides a FREE Summer Camp for special needs students. The program is funded by the Children's Services Council of Broward County and administered by Memorial Healthcare Systems, Community Youth Services. In the past, we have had grant funds to pay for Occupational, Speech and Language therapies for all of the children on site needing services during the summer. At this time, we are seeking a new funding source. This summer camp runs for 9 full weeks in the summer and is provided at no cost to the families.
