Here We Grow.... Leaders! Leader in Me Initiative at DBES

Here We Grow… Leaders! is a community-driven effort to bring the nationally recognized Leader in Me program to Deerfield Beach Elementary School. Through a generous grant from FranklinCovey Education, a significant portion of the program is already funded; however, the grant requires local matching support in the amount of $7,000 in order to fully implement this transformative initiative.

Leader in Me is an evidence-based model that develops student leadership, builds resilience, strengthens school culture, and accelerates academic achievement. By raising the additional funding, our community can help unlock this opportunity, empowering every child at DBES to discover their potential, lead with purpose, and contribute positively to Deerfield Beach.
